La perezosa Bimbolina, que ha estado en el árbol de enfrente de casa las últimas 3 semanas, ha parido en algún momento del viernes 25 ó sábado 26. Estamos muy contentos porqué es el primer parto que ocurre en nuestro terrenito desde que llegamos.
Bimbolina fue vista y fotografiada en el suelo el jueves 23. Si uno se fija en las fotos se la ve bien gordita. En ese momento había bajado hacer sus necesidades (léase cagar): los perezosos sólo bajan de los árboles para ello una vez cada 20 días. Ese día la pudimos observar de cerca, sacarle fotos y filmar y ver cómo se desplaza por el suelo para cambiar de árbol. No nos habíamos dado cuenta de que estaba embarazada, pero hoy domingo la he podido ver con un baby-perezoso. Felicitémonos por tal nacimiento y que ocurran muchos más!
(Por falta de buena cámara con teleobjetivo no os puedo presentar ninguna foto probatoria de tal nacimiento).
